Job Description: –

  • Content Strategy Research – Researching about the brand, the products and services, competitors, and creating a comprehensive content & communication strategy for the brand.
  • Ideating and Strategizing – Coming up with the core idea for campaigns and execution.
  • Creating Social Media monthly calendars.
  • Staying aware of the industry’s latest trends to unlock new opportunities.
  • Coordinating with the Account Manager for understanding client requirements and accordingly creating the content strategy with your team.
  • Discussing your ideas with the Graphic Designer and getting a creative made in the set timeline.
  • Being a team player and mentoring young executives.
  • May include other duties as assigned.


  • We want a smart and quick-witted Strategist with experience of 5 Year/s, preferably in a creative digital agency.
  • Ideating & strategizing award-winning campaigns should come naturally to you.
  • Working on New Business Pitches with Business Development Team
  • You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • We don’t mind you being a grammar pedant who loves using the figure of speech in every possible way.
  • Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role in the world of advertising.
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
