Post Covid-19 lockdown, the client came up with an e-commerce platform to provide no-contact car delivery to its customers.

But promoting the concept of buying a car online was a big challenge for the client. They were not sure whether people will book luxury cars online. Also, most of the traffic was dropping off, before going to the booking page.

  • Separate campaigns were created for new & pre-owned cars with the respective focus models.
  • This helped in reducing the customer journey from homepage to submitting an enquiry.
  • We did discovery ads on YouTube based on contextual, topic and interest targeting.
  • We did Google Display Network (GDN) ads based on the premium placement, topic & interest targeting.
